Recommendations for usage of MPH-198

Solubility: The equilibrium concentration of MPH-198 is 56 µM in water based buffers containing 1% DMSO.
Usage: Use maximum 20 uM concentration to avoid aspecific effects.
Photostability: Based on tests with HeLa cells unlike B, pNB is not phototoxic when irradiated with >440 nm wavelenght light. However, upon
Cytotoxicity: After 1-2-5 days of incubation with 20 – 50 µM MPH-198, no cytotoxicity was observed in human dermal fibroblast cells.
